I welcome applications from students who are interested in a variety of topics in ecology and evolution, especially those related to the topics you see posted on our Research and People pages. If you are interested in joining the lab, please email me with the following:
1) A summary of how you see your research interests and experiences fitting into the lab (~1 page)
2) Your CV
3) A copy of your most recent transcript
Unless advertised above, I am not able to accept graduate students without their own fellowship funding. Please see links below for funding opportunities. I am happy to help strong candidates develop their applications for internal or external funding.

Undergraduates wanting to do an Honour's thesis or gain research experience should talk to me about applying for an NSERC Undergraduate Award.
Graduate Studies: All students interested in pursuing a graduate degree should apply for an Ontario Graduate Scholarship and NSERC postgraduate scholarships.
Post-docs: Post-docs should take a look at funding opportunities through NSERC, the Liber Ero program, or the Mitacs Elevates program. Contact me at least two months in advance of deadlines to discuss these or other opportunities.
